Indoor facilities
The villa features four airy bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a big indoor living and kitchen area with high-end amenities, and an amazing view from the whole property. The interior of the villa on the ground floor is furnished and features a spacious lounge with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The villa features four airy bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms with showers. Two bedrooms with two bathrooms complete the layout of the ground floor with direct access to the pool area. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with double beds and access to private balconies. One of them is equipped with an extra terrace with sun loungers, an umbrella, sun chairs & a table. Each room has its air-conditioner, Smart TV & free Wi-Fi access & amazing Seaview! On the ground floor, there is a playroom with a pool table, a 75 Smart TV, a PlayStation, a Sofa, an Iron board and iron, a washing machine & tumble dryer. In the playroom lies a gym area, adorned with an array of gym equipment including a multifunctional gym machine, a stationary bicycle, a back extension machine, and dumbbells.

Villa Solis is part of a complex of two villas, one above the other. Villa Luna is located on the lower level of the complex while Villa Solis is on the upper level.

Whether you choose to relax on the long sandy beach or take a tour of the beautiful island of Crete, theres nothing better than coming back to swim in the private pool or drinking a glass of wine and gazing at the amazing view of the Cretan Sea. Outdoor, a living area, a dining table with a gas barbeque which is completed with patio furniture. The location of the villa is at a unique point and all the facilities are close by.

Heated Pool Policy
The swimming pool can be heated free of charge from April until the end of May and from the 15th of September until the end of October, upon request by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26-27?C, depending on weather conditions. From the 1st of June until the 14th of September, the pool can be heated at an extra cost. We request three days advance notice for this facility. (Kindly be informed that the heated pool feature is not available during July and August due to naturally high ambient temperatures.)


2/3-day cleaning service
The rates include housekeeping every 2/3 days. For reservations of 5 to 7 days, we provide one change of linens and towels, and for stays longer than 7 days, we offer one change of linens and towels every 4 days.
From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 2EUR per night/villa from April to October and 0.50EUR per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash on arrival.

Villa Solis has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms that can comfortably accommodate 8 guests in the existing beds.
