Villa Akasya is a 3-bedroom detached villa with private pool located on a quiet residential street in the Kiziltas area of Kalkan. Set over 3 floors this charming halal villa comfortably accommodates 6 guests and is ideal for families or friends. Perched above Kalkan it has unrivalled sea views and is a short taxi ride to Kalkan old town with its roof top restaurants, harbour and local beach clubs. Air conditioning and wi-fi throughout.

Ground Floor – Villa Akasya
The entrance to Villa Akasya is accessed down steps and through a private and pretty landscaped rear garden which opens onto a pool terrace with fantastic sea views. A modern, light and airy open plan living area greets you on the ground floor which has a spacious feel with a well-equipped kitchen incorporating an integrated oven, microwave, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, kettle, Turkish toaster and water cooler.

With fabulous floor to ceiling large glass doors, the view from the comfortable lounge looks out onto the pool terrace and across the blue waters of Kalkan Bay. The lounge includes 2 sofas and a smart TV, and there is a dining table with seating for 6 guests.
On this level there is also a guest WC.

First Floor – Villa Akasya

Stairs lead up to the first floor where there are 2 spacious en-suite bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin bedroom. The double bedroom has a large glass fronted en-suite so that the sea view can be enjoyed from the jacuzzi bath. Both bedrooms benefit from their own balcony, each with chairs and a coffee table to soak up the unobstructed beautiful sea views.

Second Floor – Villa Akasya

The second floor is dedicated to the double en-suite master bedroom. Sliding doors lead onto the large balcony offering full sunshine and superb unobstructed sea views, perfect for those wanting privacy and to enjoy romantic sunsets. The large bathroom is at the far end of the bedroom and is glass fronted on one side so that the sea view can be enjoyed from here as well (the bathroom has a sloping ceiling, height restriction applies in some areas).

On this level there is also a laundry room off the bedroom containing a washing machine, iron and ironing board, cot and highchair.

Outside – Villa Akasya
The L-shaped terrace feels very private and comprises a pool measuring 9 x 3m (1.55m deep) with walk-in roman steps and small children’s pool, outside shower and the most amazing panoramic sea views. Sunbeds adorn the pool with side tables, parasols and a swing chair. There is a covered pergola dining terrace which comfortably accommodates 6 people for alfresco dining. In the pretty rear garden, a built in BBQ, hammock and table tennis can be found for all to enjoy. There is under cover off road private parking for 1 car within the grounds of the property.
For large groups or 2 families that wish to be located near to each other, Villa Nautilus is next door and both villas can be rented together.

Nightly rates are calculated based on a minimum reservation of 7 nights. For reservations of less than one week guests will be liable to pay a short stay cleaning surcharge payable in cash on arrival at the villa. Please ask for more details.
