Labelled as ‘luxury’ and it is not from opening main door before up to flights of stairs to apartment door the smell was highly evident and lingered throughout the apartment. We went to local shop to buy frebreeze and it didn’t dent the smell at all weekend. It was overpowering deeply nasty smell and a deep clean is absolutely required. Seemed to be trapped in carpets and soft furnishings with blinds stained. Towels had numerous unpleasant looking stains from previous use which were obvious on white towels. Large holes in wall directly behind main door and throughout apartment marks and dents on walls. Heating and hot water failed on second night and had to contact emergency number and be talked through how to address boiler then further instructions on WhatsApp - quick response to this problem and solution noted. Informed TV had failed to work second night and no response of how to fix this received all weekend making it difficult to entertain older teenagers in our party. Further compounded by WiFi code provided in advance was incorrect and didn’t work and luckily saw in one bedroom WiFi router had a different code which then worked but still TV nothing and didn’t have any electronics like a laptop with us to view together. Yes a view of Blackpool tower but windows so marked lacked visibility. Did not match description based on “luxury” most notably as lack of cleanliness and sitting on a two seater to turn round and hold a conversation with seated table. No ro booking ever
