Our large vacation home in the heart of the Alsatian vineyards, accessible to people with reduced mobility, can accommodate up to 9 people. Completely renovated, with an area of 175 m2 on 10 acres of land, on 3 levels, we wanted it spacious, bright ... and colorful.

This charming house of 175 m2 can accommodate up to 10 people and classified 4* offers:

In the basement:
- a laundry room with washing machine and dryer and all cleaning and ironing equipment.
- a garage for 1 large car or 2 small cars.

On the 1st level :
- a large entrance hall.
- a large living room open on a fully equipped kitchen.
- a veranda adjoining the kitchen with tables and armchairs. You can have your meals there, while enjoying the view on the vineyard and the hills.
- a living room with a large corner sofa and a giant screen TV.
- a bedroom with a double bed 160/200, with private bathroom (Italian shower, washbasin, towel dryer and toilet). It is designed for people with reduced mobility.
- a separate toilet with washbasin.

On the 2nd level :
- a room with 1 double bed 160/200 and 1 sofa bed for 1 person, with private bathroom (shower, basin, towel dryer and toilet).
- a room with 2 single beds 90/200 that can be joined together.
- a room with 1 double bed 160/200 and 1 bench bed in wrought iron 90/200, with private bathroom (shower, washbasin, towel dryer and toilet).
- a bathroom with balneo bathtub, washbasin and toilet.
- a separate toilet with washbasin.

Rare feature: an elevator serves the house from the basement to the 2nd level.

Closed garage for 2 cars, as well as 2 private places in front of the house.

For your comfort, the beds are made at your arrival and the household linen is provided.
