Great location, well stocked

Great location, just steps from the beach and an easy walk into town. We had wonderful weather and enjoyed the amenities of beach toys and bodyboards. Two families went on vacation and we each rented one of these condos -- it was great to be close but still have our own space. Recommend.

Wonderful Location

Location was great, photo does not do justice to closeness to the beach -- our side street was the entrance to the beach. Multiple restaurants, coffee shops and a surf rental shop within walking distance. We only drove when going to grocery store or leaving Del Mar. Property was private, controlled by gate access to a group of condos. Condo was clean and well represented in photos with all necessary amenities. We required absolutely no assistance in accessing or utilizing the rental, very well managed. This will be our first choice when returning to Del Mar. Thank you.

Great location

Perfect little condo for a weekend getaway. We really enjoyed being within walking distance to the beach and all the great restaurants and little shops Del Mar has. Perfect location and just the right amount of space for our family. The two designated parking spots in the garage were very helpful as well. We had a minor issue with the kitchen faucet and the handyman came right away when I reported it. It worked off and on throughout the rest of our stay but could not get it to work again the morning we were leaving. It wasn't a big deal to us because we didn't really cook but I could see if someone was cooking meals how it would be. Overall the condo is pretty well maintained and so nice for my husband and me and my two adult children to have our own bedrooms and private baths. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing property and host!!!

Words can not express how happy we are with our stay here! It started with a welcome email explaining where to go, park, get in etc. but there was also info about local things to do, restaurants and more. The host even offered an early check in which we accepted. Upon arriving (literally a block from the ocean, and in an AMAZING location) we walked into a goodie basket with snacks and treats, and a fridge that was perfectly stocked with a couple drinks for Mom and Dad, and soda for the kids. Everything about the home was perfect! 3 bedrooms, all with comfortable bedding AND beds!!! TVs in every room 2 balconies, beautiful decor, and just about everything you could possibly need to comfortably enjoy your stay. Beach toys included!!! The host Nina is hands down the best, on top of a beautiful property, what else could you possibly ask for! We will DEFINITELY be booking again!!

We really liked this unit. Clean, stocked, and minutes walk to beach--vacation to me is not having to load up the car with kids, food, and toys (or load out sand from the car upon return). Property Manager is really helpful. Only positives...wish we stayed longer!

The property was in a great location for us to get around and back and forth to our office. We have just moved about an hour away from Del Mar and had an intense business week at our offices in North County. It was a great place to unwind and relax after a long day. Perfect home & location

We enjoyed energy minute of staying at this beautiful home. So clean, great outdoor space, beautiful baths and the property manager Nina was amazing and helpful. The treats they left for us was the icing on the cake! The beach is right across the street and you can walk to great restaurants and shopping. We barely used our car. Would stay here again and again !

Ideal location, outstanding stay!

We’ve stayed in and around Del Mar for years and this is an awesome find! Nina was super available for questions leading up to and during our stay. Beach, restaurants, parks and exercise are right outside the door. The huge outdoor patio was great for dinners and drinks. We were concerned about being so close to the train tracks but the noise wasn’t a bother. One or two freight trains for the entire week and the commuter trains hardly make any noise. Our 3.5 year old son loved peeking over the wall to see the trains! Highly recommend this place!

Perfect location!!!

Beautiful accommodation 100m from the beach and within a short walk of great restaurants within Del Mar. We really enjoyed the 6 days we stayed here, the kids had fun (after a long day at the beach) relaxing in the pool and jacuzzi and our host provided a lot of small goodies (sun screen, fizzy drinks, coffee pods, etc.) that made for a really nice gesture and welcoming pack. Full marks for this property!

Perfect vacation!

The accommodations and location could not have been better. Nina is extremely responsive to answer any questions and to check in. We could walk to the beach, pool, restaurants, playground, and shops and were an easy drive to all the area attractions. We had an amazing stay here.

Beautiful condo and best location

Our family loved this rental. Everything was brand new. We had beautiful sheets & towels. My kids loved having the pool and jacuzzi. We bbq'd and the kitchen has everything we needed. We will definitely be back. The manager was very attentive, even left us a nice welcome gift!

We live in San Diego and want to make you feel welcome. You will love Del Mar and enjoy a vacation with friends and family. Walk across the street to enjoy nightly sunsets that look like a postcard!
This town home features 2 parking spaces, a personal patio are with a BBQ, free wi-fi, central a/c, great electronics, and a washer/dryer in unit.
This is great for anyone who wants to be right across the street from the beach and walking distance to the Del Mar Racetrack. Walk to restaurants and the park!

We have beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, coolers, and toys for your enjoyment at the beach.

This property lets you experience the true ambiance of Old Del Mar including the Coaster Train.  It is only one mile to the Del Mar Race Track and Fairgrounds.
This complex has ten individually owned units Relax in the heated spa or take a dip in the swimming pool.   Each bedroom has it’s own bathroom.  If you need toddler supplies; we have a pack-n-play and a high chair for you.  Our town home features 2 underground parking spaces, a personal patio area with a BBQ, free wi-fi, and a washer/dryer.
Enjoy a walk at sunset on the beautiful Del Mar beach or have a picnic at Powerhouse Park.  We have beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, coolers, and toys for your enjoyment at the beach. We also provide all your paper towel, toilet paper, kleenex, dish soap, trash bags and some cleaning products for a vacation ready home!!
