The Serrería Apartment is a modern and bright space, located in the historic and charming Cabañal neighbourhood, known for its colourful fishermen\'s houses and vibrant cultural life. Just a few minutes from the promenade and the main beaches of Valencia.



As you cross the threshold of the apartment, you will be greeted by a bright living room, with a comfortable chaise longue-style sofa. For your moments of rest, the apartment has high-speed wifi and a Smart TV, perfect for enjoying your favourite movies or series. In addition, you will always enjoy the ideal temperature at any time of the year, thanks to the air conditioning system with cold and heat options.



This apartment has three sleeping spaces. Two main bedrooms with a large and comfortable double bed respectively, and a third space with a double bunk bed, ideal for the little ones or for those looking for a comfortable and practical space. Perfect for sharing with family or in a group without losing comfort. Maximum for 6 people.



Enjoy the freedom of the fully equipped kitchen, with everything you need to prepare your meals: fridge, oven, microwave, hob, toaster, water heater and coffee machine with complimentary coffee capsules and infusions.
