Villa Aloe Ibiza is an spacious contemporary styled villa close to Ibiza town and Playa d'enBossa with beautiful mountain and distant sea views.

Villa Aloe Ibiza serves as a perfect base for families or groups of friends who enjoy being private and spend a lot of time at their home away from home, but at the same time like to be in convenient location close to Ibiza town and the beaches in the southern and western part of Ibiza island.

Taking the name from the many Aloe vera plants in the garden, is located in the upscale and peaceful residential area of Sa Carroca (which means The Carriage in Catalan) at just two kilometers away from Ibiza town centre and one kilometer away from Playa d'en Bossa beach.

At walking distance you have several bars and restaurants, grocery shops and a full size supermarket.

The house itself distributes on 350 m2 and offers a huge open plan living and dining area connecting with the modern, separate kitchen. On the same floor you have three bedrooms, two bathrooms II (one en-suite) as well as a courtesy WC.

On the first floor the villa offers two further bedrooms sharing one bathroom as well as a library with a sofa-bed.

From the spacious and furnished terrace on the first floor you get lovely panoramic views to the mountains, Ibiza old town and the sea. There is another upper floor terrace which overlooks the mountains.

It is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO HAVE PARTIES OR EVENTS at the Villa, any loud music from 22:00h as it's located in a residential area, or smoking inside the
