This chalet with classic charm is located in a unique park, a former hotel of "mazots" (small rustic stone and wood farmhouses). Installed on the lower level of a 2-storey chalet, it offers a beautiful space for a small family or two couples, 1.2 km from the centre of Chamonix, close to cable cars and shops, with sheets and towels included and large parking.

In France, the operation of water heaters is different from that of many other countries. Hot water is stored in a tank that can empty if there is high consumption. The time to fill and reheat the tank varies between one and five hours, depending on its capacity.
We kindly request that you avoid prolonged showers or baths, unless you are the last person to use the bathroom and can wait until the next morning to refill it.
This is an integral part of life in France, so we thank you for your understanding and consideration.
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
In the UK, the electrical network is limited; if too many appliances (such as a hairdryer and a microwave) are used simultaneously, the circuit breaker may trip. In this case, it will need to be manually reset at the electrical panel.
Please avoid using multiple devices simultaneously: this system, very common in French households, aims to reduce energy consumption. We ask you to use only what you need.
We wish for you to fully enjoy the great outdoors and the magnificent mountains of Chamonix-Mont-Blanc. The apartment, away from the main road, remains close to all amenities.
