The PANORAMIC residence is on the seafront of Miami Playa, in a private residence with a pool on the beachfront, ideal for enjoying your vacation with friends or family seeking tranquility, 50 meters from the beach, a few meters from bus stops, a short distance from shops and about 650m from the town center.

Observations:

The apartments are rented with bed linen. (Optional towels at €4 pax).

The parking is private outdoors within the residential.





Accommodation:

Nice fully equipped apartment. Located in a private residence. The house consists of:

- 1 double room (matrimonial 135 cm), built-in wardrobe,

- 1 double room (1 double bunk bed of 90cm), built-in wardrobe.

- Dining room with sofa bed, TV and air conditioning throughout the apartment

- 1 bathroom with full shower.

-Equipped kitchen.

- Communal swimming pool.

- Private parking (assigned space)

- gardened area.

- 1 Furnished terrace with beach and pool views

The environment:

The apartment is located 50 meters from the beach, it is a very quiet private residential area. Ideal for anyone who wants to spend a fantastic vacation.

50 m to the beach, 650 m to the town center, 40 km to the airport, 35 km to PORT AVENTURA, 100 m to the supermarket, 200 m to the bus station, nudist tourism, family tourism, charming accommodation

House's rules:

1º. We are available for any questions in order to have a pleasant stay.

2º.The apartment is rented with sheets (optional towels at €4 pax).

3º.Entry from Monday to Sunday (express check-in: delivery of keys from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.)

Check-in time to the apartment: from 4:40 p.m. (if there is a guest leaving that day, otherwise they can enter from 9:00 a.m.).

Check out time from the apartment: no later than 11 am

4th. Upon departure, please leave the apartment in the same conditions as you found it, the kitchen must be left in its place, crockery washed and without rubbish.

5th. Respect the rules of the community and neighbors.

6º.It is necessary to present documentation on the identity of all guests and sign the contract.

7th. Stay tax: €1 per person, per night and adult (only the first 7 nights are paid).

8th. Optional Wi-Fi is paid, price €5/day.
