Our spacious and stylish 4 bedroom villa Casa Aeterna in Spartia, Kefalonia is ideal for a family holiday comfortably accommodating 8 guests. A baby cot can be added if necessary.

A group of friends will also find this cozy villa very convenient for a joint holiday on the amazingly beautiful Ionian island of Kefalonia.

A beautiful swimming pool will please the guests with clean, refreshing water. In the sun loungers, you can spend time enjoying sunbathing, reading your favorite book or having a pleasant conversation.

The living room offers a modern design and is located on the ground floor of the villa. You will also find here a well-equipped kitchen.

There are 4 bedrooms in the house: the ground floor bedroom offers a double bed. On the first floor you will find 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each (one has a bunk bed, and another - 1 single bed plus one more that plus out from underneath ) and 1 bedroom with a double bed.

The villa offers 3 bathrooms: the bathroom on the ground floor is equipped with a sink, bath and WC. The same type bathroom you will find on the first floor. Another first floor bathroom offers WC, sink and a shower. A wooden staircase leads to the first floor of the villa, where guests will find a bathroom and shower, three bedrooms, and a dressing room. The first floor is equipped with air conditioning. The balconies offer a wonderful view of the island and the Ionian Sea.

A spacious pool will allow our guests to have a great time on a sunny day enjoying the coolness of the clear water.

It takes only 3 minutes by car to the fantastic beaches of Spartia - Klimatsias and Thermanti. Here, guests will find a lovely restaurant Panas at the hotel by the sea as well as a pretty tavern Isalos, where it will be pleasant to enjoy a variety of dishes.

Mini-markets are in the center of the village - just a 3-5 minute drive from the villa.

The nearby coast will delight you with wonderful lagoons and picturesque beaches: Lourdas beach, Agios Thomas, Pessada are ideal for both children and adults.

The water sports can be found in Lassi, 15 min drive from the property.
