Melody: New build apartment with sea views

This beautiful apartment is rented in the old town of L\'Escala, it has views of the sea and the promenade and can accommodate 6 people. It is just a few meters from the restaurants and tapas bars, local shops and cultural leisure activities of the town. On foot we can also enjoy some walks to the beaches of Empúries or to the Riells Beach.

The accommodation is distributed on one floor, it has a dining room with views of the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances, a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, etc. In the living room there is a double sofa bed with TV. It also has air conditioning and heating.

There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, where a lot of light comes in from the open sky. It has two bathrooms with showers. The accommodations are delivered with the beds made, with duvets and blankets and equipped with towels.

On the roof of the building there is a communal pool for all the residents. A parking space within the building is also offered.





Check-in: from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sundays or public holidays, contact the agency. Key collection point: the agency. A deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.

Bed linen is included in the final cleaning price.

Mandatory services: Tourist tax (over 16s). Towels (€11.90 per booking, including one bath towel per guest, one hand towel and one bath mat per bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).

Optional paid services: pool towel, cot, highchair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in after 8:00 pm.
