Located in a quiet and safe area of the island, the house is just a 10-minute walk from the famous Plaka Beach, widely considered one of the island’s best.

The home features three spacious master bedrooms (21, 20 & 13 sq.m.) designed like private studios, each with its own bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. A cozy and spacious living and dining area (37 sq.m.) invites you to unwind, while large verandas (30 sq.m. each) and sea-view balconies provide beautiful outdoor spaces for morning coffee or sunset moments. An outdoor BBQ, fast satellite internet, and thoughtful amenities throughout make the house ideal for longer, more comfortable stays.

Our choice: Instead of a swimming pool, Waves & Rocks embraces a conscious and sustainable approach to island living. In a time of serious water scarcity, this choice helps protect local resources while preserving the open agricultural landscape in front of the house, maintaining the property’s unique sense of openness and natural beauty. With the crystal-clear waters of Plaka Beach just a short walk away, the sea naturally becomes the highlight of the experience.
