Recently refurbished, the apartment blends contemporary design with home comfort. Bright, airy, and well equipped, it provides everything needed for a relaxing stay.

• Modern bathroom with bath tub, toiletries, and fresh towels
• Open-plan living space with sofa, armchair, dining table, and smart TV
• Fully fitted kitchen with appliances, cookware, and utensils
• Free Wi-Fi throughout the apartment

Guests have sole access to the property.
The Neighborhood:
Located in a quiet but central area, you’ll have everything Preston has to offer right on your doorstep.
• 10 minutes walk to Fishergate Shopping Centre, bars, cafés, and restaurants
• 10 minutes walk to the River Ribble and Avenham/Miller Parks
• Plenty of shops and local amenities within easy reach
Getting Around:
Exploring Preston is easy with several transport options close by.
• Preston Train Station – 10 minutes walk (rail links across the UK)
• Local bus services from the end of the road
• Free parking included at the property for car travellers

If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable.
Late check-in fees:
· For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is £50.
· For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is £75.
For security reasons:
· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information
