Dimora Adriatica is a seafront 3rd floor apartment, located in the city-center of Monopoli. Dimora Adriatica is a newly built beachfront 3rd floor apartment. The house is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms and Wi-Fi with fiber, great for working remotely. The apartment includes a living room with a sofa bed, kitchen with induction plates, oven, microwave, refrigerator, sink, dishwasher and table with chairs. The living room leads to the main sea view veranda, where there is a table with outdoor chairs and a sun lounger. There is also a bathroom with shower, a toilet where there is also a washing machine. Moreover there is a double bedroom with single beds that can be also set up as a double bed and a double bedroom. This bedroom has access to a small veranda overlooking the sea, equipped with an outdoor living room and sun lounger. The accommodation also includes a reserved car park inside the condominium. At Check-In you would sign a rental contract in written form in English for the rent of the house (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). At Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Monopoli, equal to 1€ per day for each person over 12.



Check-In 4pm to 10pm (Late Check-In until 11:59pm 30€, after that time 50€ subject to confirmation)
