Villa Erminel is a traditional house with warmth and character, ideal for couples and families wanting to enjoy the quietness, the nature and a more authentic side of Greek summer living.
Set in a peaceful area, in a plot of 4000 m2, surrounded by 180 olive, citrus, pine trees and cypresses, it offers the total relaxation.
The house has a stunning view over the olive grove and the bay of Petrothalassa, a 3km long beach, only a 7 min drive away.
Many more beaches around.
Three traditional villages are at a 10-15 minutes drive. Grocery stores, cash points, supermarkets, and many Greek food taverns are available.

Alex and Ingela, your hosts at Villa Erminel, welcome you to our home and we promise you a very relaxing and positive time!
After 40 years working in tourism and been traveling a lot, we decided to host travelers and offer them a different style of holidays.
We love to travel: India has been our destination for the last 19 years, we've visited other countries too, such as Cuba, Costa Rica, Thailand, Sri Lanka, Spain, France, Kenya, Egypt and Sweden, where Ingela was born. But our absolute favorite country is Greece which has everything to offer: interesting history, monuments and museums, beautiful nature and rural villages, amazing beaches, great food, wine and ouzo, good nightlife, fantastic music and dances and the best olive oil...
Both of us are practicing yoga, and Ingela is a certified Acupressure Therapist.
We love food and cooking, eating at small local family run taverns, swimming and sunbathing, long walks, reading and enjoying life to the fullest.

Villa Erminel is our house and was the first house built in Petrothalassa area, more than 40 years ago.
The area has very few buildings, mostly summer vacation houses, it is always peaceful, without cars passing by or construction noises.
The house was designed by Alexander's mother, Nelly, built with lots of love and hard work, and it 's decorated with her own pieces of art, objects from Africa and from around the world.Â
We have lovingly updated it, without losing any of the original charm and want to share the experience Nelly called her âParadiseâ.
We are sure that our guests will appreciate the silence, the smells, the birds and the cicadas singing, the butterflies flying around, all these offering the total relaxation.

Wake up in the early morning and enjoy the amazing view over the sea with a glass of squeezed orange juice in your hand. Enjoy breakfast sitting under the bamboo pergola, listening to the birds and the cicadas.
Getting back in the afternoon, laying down in the hammock under the olive trees, watching the butterflies dance and the sunset colors ,while you drink a glass of local wine..
