Beautiful duplex decorated in a modern style, located in the old town of L'Escala. It is close to local shops, bars and restaurants, and a three-minute walk from Playa de las Barcas.

The apartment has three floors, the first we have a room with two single beds and a bathroom with shower, next to the dining room where there is a fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, washing machine, etc., with a round table for six. people. On the upper floor there is a double room and a bathroom with a shower, there is also access to an outside terrace with a table to eat and a griddle to cook. From the outside terrace there are stairs that lead to the roof, a privileged 'chill out' space with fantastic views of the sea, to have a drink at sunset. There is also a bathtub so you can relax outdoors. The apartment has Internet and air conditioning.

ATENTION: From 01/10 to 01/05 the apartment does not have a swimming pool.



Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.

Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.
