The Space:
This beautiful Loft is situated in an former office building. Located on the 5th floor, the bright home offers space for up to 7 people on 76 m². The apartment is accessible via the elevator or the staircase. The loft extends over 2 floors and is furnished with a dining table, comfortable sofa, Smart TV with ZattooLive TV function and 3 single beds. A queen size bed is visually separated in an alcove. The kitchenette is well equipped with dishwasher, stove, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. A bathroom with shower/WC are available. The highlight of the apartment is the large terrace and the beautiful floor-to-ceiling windows. Explore Berlin like a local and benefit from the freshliy renovated loft and the good connection to the city center.

S-Bahn and regional train station Schöneweide is only 500 meters from the apartment. The distance to the City Center and airport are 20 minutes each.
