Our apartment is perfect for short and long stays and has NEW COVID PROCEDURES in place including professional clean and sanitisation by an external cleaning company. Free Off Street Parking is included in reservation price.

We are also now providing all guests with complimentary Mason & Mason Toiletries for their stay to ensure no contamination of shampoo, shower gel and soap.

The apartment has 200MBPS High Speed Broadband, and offers easy access to all Plymouth has to offer. Recently refurbished with everything you need. Just turn up and enjoy yourselves. There is a private terrace with outside seating for al fresco dining or relaxing in the sunshine.

Guest Access:
Guest access is 24 hours and is by secure key safe access.
PARKING INFORMATION:

The car parking space is available. Code for lock is the same as code for the key box. Opposite the flat, please drive down Leigham St and take your first right, and the parking space is on your right approximately 10 meters down the lane. See listing images for diagram of space.

The Neighborhood:
The neighbourhood is quiet and central with easy access to local sights and city centre.

- Three minutes walk from The Pavilions Arena
- Five minutes walk from The City Centre Shops
- Six minutes walk from The Historic Barbican

Getting Around:
There are multiple bus stops with one within ten meters walk of the property, but to be honest, everything is within walking distance. The only time you may wish to bus/taxi is to go further afield out of the city centre to explore the nearby beaches or Dartmoor.

Other Things to Note:
