These views are also enjoyed by the attractive living room. There is a guest toilet on this level. Next to the kitchen are a laundry and a pantry and a door to the rear terrace with barbecue area and fridge.

The floor below is the ground floor with doors to the beautiful private garden. On this floor there are four bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom is en-suite whilst the remaining three share the other bathroom.Two of the bedrooms are designed for children, to go to the second bedroom you have to go through the first and the walls do not reach the ceiling.
