This apartment has a Double bedroom with a King Size Bed (a HAIR DRYER is available).

Benefitting from a modern, open plan living space the lounge/diner has a sofa bed to sleep one or two and includes a FLATSCREEN SMART TV - NETFLIX - FREEVIEW - FREE WIFI / FIBRE BROADBAND is available (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider). Leading off the lounge are patio doors which take you out to an enclosed courtyard area.

There is a modern kitchen area which has an ELECTRIC HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - DISHWASHER - WASHING MACHINE - MICROWAVE - FRIDGE/FREEZER - COFFEE MACHINE.

This accommodation has a separate modern shower room with a toilet.

The apartment benefits from a small courtyard garden with artificial grass and table and chairs.

There is no allocated parking however free overnight road parking is available from 8pm to 8am Mon to Sat and free on Sundays and there is also a long stay car park a few minutes walk away in Madeira Road (please note that these spaces are not reserved or guaranteed).

This property is perfect for those who wish to be close to everything and walking distance to Bournemouth centre. Bournemouth Train station is just a ten minute walk away and there are bars and restaurants and a supermarket just a two to three minute walk away. Whilst en route to Bournemouth's seafront, just a ten minute stroll away, you can wander through the beautiful gardens, a small snippet of what this beautiful part of the coast has to offer.
