Set in a former 'school for gentleman', this spacious ground floor flat is located just off the seafront in the popular Meads village area.
An imposing period building, it has lovely high ceilings, and a feeling of space and tranquility throughout.
Homely and welcoming, this two-bedroom ground floor flat can sleep up to four across two flexible bedrooms - each with zip and link beds that can be set up as super kingsize or two singles. Both bedrooms also offer wardrobes and chests of drawers.
After a busy day exploring the area, you can relax in the spacious dining lounge, which has a large dining table, several sofas, and a smart TV.
A separate galley kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher and cooking utensils and a handy cupboard off this houses a washer-dryer and microwave.
There is a bathroom with a shower over the bath.
Outside there are communal gardens to enjoy, with lawn and flowers providing a peaceful ambience.
WiFi is provided, along with linen and regular towels. There is an unallocated parking space in the building grounds.
Bookings are in week long blocks, from Saturday to Saturday in peak season. Out of season and last minute, more flexible check in days may be possible.

Exclusively Eastbourne was set up by husband and wife, Carl & Sarah Stanger, after they recognised the need for high quality self catering accommodation on Eastbourne.
Both Carl and Sarah have travelled extensively, lived abroad and enjoyed (and occasionally endured) a wide spectrum of holiday and business accommodation and this experience has shaped their understanding of what makes a great holiday home.
Their ethos is simple - to listen to and understand what guests require and provide only the best holiday homes.
If there is something that would help to make your stay extra special, just ask. Maybe you are organising the holiday as a birthday treat and you need help with the cake or decorations. Perhaps it is a romantic getaway and you want champagne chilling and flowers on arrival.
