The Papavero apartment (60 square meters), on the first floor, has a living room with kitchenette, a double bedroom (with air conditioning), a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed (with air conditioning) and a bathroom with shower .
The Spiga apartment (75 sqm), on the first floor, is equipped with a kitchen, a large room with a double bedroom and a French bed (with air conditioning), a bathroom with shower.
The Girasole apartment (70 sqm), on the first floor, has an entrance hall, living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, two double bedrooms (with air conditioning), two bathrooms with shower.
The Fiordaliso apartment (40 square meters), on the second floor, has a living room with fireplace and kitchenette, a double bedroom (with air conditioning) and a French bed, a bathroom with shower.

Prices include consumption of water, gas, electricity, linen for rooms and bathrooms (linen change is weekly). Final cleaning is to be paid on the spot € 300.00.
Any consumption of air conditioning/heating is not included in the price and will be payable on site according to consumption.
Upon arrival, guests must hand over a security deposit of € 700.00, which will be returned to them at the end of their stay minus the cost of any damages incurred.
