The Residence Holiday Rendez Vous was born right in the heart of the city of Pineto, a few steps from the beach and the main street. Apartment 55, on the CIELO floor, fourth floor from the main entrance of the Residence which can also be reached by lift, is a two-room apartment with a living room with kitchen complete with accessories, dishes, crockery, fridge with freezer compartment, oven and gas hob, TV and sofa bed. The living room leads to the terrace, facing north, with a side sea view equipped with table and chairs, ideal for those who want to enjoy the time outdoors. The sleeping area consists of 1 bedroom furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe, with a balcony and 1 bathroom with shower and washing machine. Just 50 meters from the Residence, passing through the historic pine forest that runs along the coast, you will arrive at the golden sandy beach, and just 10 minutes\' walk will take you to Torre Cerrano, an ancient port which is now the seat of the Marine Protected Area of the same name \" Torre del Cerrano \". The Residence offers free access to the swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests, Wi-Fi connection included, and to give you greater comfort, upon arrival you will find the first supply of bed linen and towels included in the price. The apartment is air conditioned. Internal parking or garage are available on request, for a fee.
