Very happy with the property, location and 2 golf carts.Properties do vary, but I have stayed in some that have some more basic supplies. Bring spices if you plan to cook, including salt and pepper. Bring toilet paper, dishwasher pods and paper towels. They had nice beach chairs and 2 umbrellas. We rented 4 chairs at the beach for a week but with 8 people at the beach at any one time it was nice to have extra. Overall enjoyed the week!

Beautiful home

This is our favorite neighborhood to stay in when we visit and this place did not disappoint. Plenty of room for us, 2 golf carts to use, love the back yard space and the back porch area. We’d definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time at this property. We came with another family and there was plenty of room and bathrooms for us all. I would definitely stay here again. The golf carts were an added bonus.

Great stay!

We had a great stay - property was accurately described. Excellent location to visits pools, beach and night events! The 2 golf carts are game changers with the number of people that stay at this property! Screened in porch was a great spot to start the day or unwind at the end. Property managers were accessible. Have already booked for next year!

Fourth year with this group and second year staying in this house and likely will return next year This should say it all! Great accommodations, great location for golf and restaurants. Most popular room is the screened porch, morning and evening.

we had 4 couples staying at this house. plenty of room and bathrooms for all. backs up to the golf course, two golf carts to use to tool around. driveway is short. max 2 cars will fit, but there are some other designated places to park. this house was clean and owners great to work with. no complaints here

Great House

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed the location of this house. You can see the fireworks and drone show at the pier easily from the back porch/ patio or yard at the back of the house. Great patio and view. Kids caught fish right by the house and had fun. I would say the noise from upstairs is pretty load downstairs. If your a light sleeper sleep upstairs or feet moving on the second floor will wake you up. Make sure you take your own coffee filters, dish soap, sponge, salt, pepper etc. The house is set up so you can check in and then go shopping for what you need.

Twele family vacation at Villa Lago

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The family had a great time at this property. We especially like the screened porch and the view of the golf course when we could watch the golfers tee off. Only negative is that one of the golf carts was broke and had to be taken off to be repaired. We were without a cart for two days. We had to call a repairman to change a battery in a fire alarm. Need to move the thermostat to a location in the hall . Current location too close to door and window which places the temperature wrong and the AC runs all of the time making the living area too cold.

The updated kitchen was beautiful...lots of great cooking utensils and pans, etc! Few issues...NO Extra pillows or blankets anywhere in the house....requested and got some within 224 hours though. There was no propane in the gas grill tank, so we had to go to the store instead of grilling for dinner.... Property management said they would reimburse us, so hopefully they will! Also, the battery in the igniter was dead, so another trip to the store to get batteries. Got locked out of the house as the batteries in the door died...fortunately, when we called, they said there was a lockbox hidden, so we did get in. It took about 24 hours to replace the batteries in the door. The house was lovely and we've stayed before, and would stay again! Golf carts work wonderfully and overall the house is Outstanding! Thanks for a lovely place to enjoy a week with family!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great golf carts! 4 seater could use an alignment but I’m sure that will be done as anything that needed work was immediately handled. Washer & dryer were excellent. All beds and linens were very comfortable. Fridge ice machine doesn’t work so you’ll need to buy ice. Grill outside worked well. Dishwasher bottom tray needs work. Won’t roll in/out.The beach chairs and umbrellas and pool noodles and boards were all in Perfect shape and wonderful to use!!We had a great week here and would stay again! Wonderful property and location

The location of this house was wonderful. Having two golf carts also made our vacation easy and convenient to get to and from Baytowne Wharf, the pools, the beach and the grocery store and nearby restaurants. The layout of the house was also wonderful for two families. The kids absolutely loved the bunk room! The screened in patio was also loved by all. The beds, pillows and couch are very comfortable. There were tiny ants in the master bathroom around the sink and in one of the bathrooms upstairs. We did our best to clean the area as we saw them, other than that the house was very clean. The only real complaint is that it is listed that there are 2 parking spots. When we arrived with 2 cars we quickly realized the 2 golf carts use a large portion of the driveway making it only 1 usable parking spot. The VRBO listing does not explain that well. We had a wonderful time though and truly loved the house, the location and the golf carts.

We'll be back

Let's get this out of the way first. My family and I loved the property! We started staying at Sandestin in the early 80s and have visited the resort many times over the years. Everything is 4.5 and 5 stars except for two things. First, the floors had not been mopped/ steam cleaned in a while. We all felt like we needed to wash our feet before going to bed even though you showered an hour or so before. Second, the inoperable grill was big thing for us. Obviously, it had been inoperable for quite a while. With this large a group, the grill was critical in our plans for meals during our stay. Ended up buying our own and taking it home with us. Those were simple items and a part from those, we really enjoyed the stay.
