Located in the heart of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, close to the famous Harrods department store and all of the exclusive shops and boutiques on Sloane Street.
From when it was built in the 1930's, this building has provided exclusive serviced accommodation for visitors to London. The elegant façade has recently been restored and presents a marble reception thus ensuring a grand entrance to the apartments which offer choice and flexibility to both business and leisure traveller alike.
Our guests rent our serviced apartments not only because of our excellent customer service, but also because of our fantastic location in Chelsea in the heart of the most desirable neighbourhood in London. We are perfectly located for sightseeing and shopping, with many attractions being within a short 10 minute walk.

includes tea, coffee, milk and toiletries, and initial supply such as toilet
rolls, rubbish bags, dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid. Please note:
no laundry liquid/power is provided for health and safety. Guest can
purchase their laundry products at the supermarket. The closest one is
Sainsbury which is just across the road from the building. The supply are
not meant to last the entire stay and we do not restock. Additional
toiletries can be purchased from the Supermarket.

The building facilities are:

- Car park ( payable directly to the Car Park Company)
- 4 Lifts serving all floors
- 24 Hour Secure Building
- Central Location in Zone 1 - Close to all sites and attractions.
The apartments are located in a residential block with 24 hour security. Parties are strictly forbidden in the apartments and any guests found to be breaking this rule will be asked to leave and guests will lose their security deposit. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Security / Damage Deposit:
2 Weeks prior to your arrival. You will receive an email for a damage deposit requirement by the management of the building. It will contain a secure link. On clicking the link, it will take you to your credit card system securely.
A damage deposit will be processed with the booking which is mandatory to allow you to check in which is £500 for 1 Bedroom and will be held until after departure.
It will be refunded back upon departure providing there is no damage to the apartment.
The sum paid by the guest will be refunded to the guest through the same
means, as was used by the guest to pay the amount due.
The apartments offer more spacious accommodation at very competitive rates compared to top Chelsea hotel rooms of a similar standard

By plane, the closest airport is Heathrow. Either take the Heathrow Express to Paddington station and take a taxi, the journey will take 20 minutes or take the tube (Piccadilly line) to South Kensington station, which is then a 5 minute taxi ride or a 10 minute walk.
Another alternative is Gatwick airport. The Gatwick Express brings you directly to Victoria station, the taxi ride to Nell Gwynn House will take 10 minutes. Alternatively, you can go on the tube at Victoria, take the district or circle line to South Kensington or Sloane Square, the taxi ride will be 5 minutes long or a 10 minute walk.
By tube, Nell Gwynn House is equal distance between Sloane Square Tube (Circle & District line) and South Kensington Tube (Circle & District line and Piccadilly line). The most cost-effective way of using London Transport is by using a contactless debit/credit card.
From Sloane Square tube, walk straight down the Kings Road with Peter Jones department store on your right. Cross the road and after 5 minutes you will see Andersen Street on your right. Head down Andersen Street, this becomes Sloane Avenue. Continue down Sloane Avenue and you will see Nell Gwynn House on the right hand side of the road. This will take between 5 and 10 minutes depending on your speed of walking.
From South Kensington tube, come out of the station and turn left onto Pelham Street. Keep walking, continuing over the pedestrian crossings into Sloane Avenue. Nell Gwynn House is on the left side of the road. This will take between 5 minutes depending on your speed of walking.
By train, take the Eurostar at St Pancras International station, the taxi ride will take 20 minutes to the property.
