This excellent property boasts a beautiful open plan living area to the ground floor with views of the lake and over to Wakeling Island. There are two double bedrooms and a third bunk room. The exterior features wrap-around decking with BBQ and space for alfresco dining for all the family.

Whilst this property is fully completed, you will see and hear construction, machinery and workers on or around the island between 0730 and 1800, Monday to Friday and 0800 to 1300, Saturday. As you enter The Spinney you are met by a welcoming open plan area equipped with modern kitchen, dining area and space to relax in front of the log burner. Upstairs there is a master double bedroom with ensuite shower room, second double bedroom, family bathroom and third bunk room.

Please note this property sleeps 7 people with a maximum or 6 adults due to the top bunk in bedroom 3 only suitable for children.

One dog is permitted in the ground floor only of this property.
