Welcome to No 10. An Immaculate 2 bedroom top floor flat in the heart of Inverness. Minutes' walk from High Street Shopping, Bars and Restaurants, 7 Minute walk from train or bus station. Located in a quiet City Centre Street within walking distance of all amenities, Eden Court Theatre, cinema, shops and river walks. Ideal location for a city break for couples or friends. WIFI, NETFLIX and all home comforts included. Limited Parking on request. 2 night minimum stay. No 10 is located in the heart of the City, you won’t need a Taxi to get about, everywhere is walkable. The flat really is central and is immaculate, I clean it myself and my standards are exceptional. The new Mattresses are very comfortable to ensure you have a great sleep. The flat is on the top floor of a three-storey building (36 steps) it has a security access system on the main door. As soon as you step out onto the street you get the smells of coffee and baking from the café on the corner. Inverness is a great city to see on foot, the Town house on Bridge Street, the Castle, both well worth a photo opportunity. It has an amazing amount of restaurants and pubs as well as plenty family activities in the local area.Inverness has a good variety of things to do and see in the local area, if you are looking for walks there are riverside walks in Ness Islands, the walks are lit in the evening and you can walk onto the islands from one side of the river and up the other side it is all flat, just head to the river, turn left and keep walking, you will see the signposts that take you onto the Islands. There is small takeaway stall on the West side of the river that does great coffees and cakes, there are seats there facing the river and also plenty seating on the walks.
The canal, further west has a great walk, all flat again, you can walk up one side to Dochgarroch where there is a restaurant/cafe gift shop, once you're refreshed you can walk the other side back into Inverness, it is about a 6 Mile round trip if starting by the Beefeater Hotel on the A82.
If you are looking for a view over the city then go to Tomnahurich Cemetery, it is the dead centre of Inverness, it is situated in the west of the City and you walk up the hill in the Cemetery you get great views of the city. It is fairly steep, there is a spiral road that leads to the top, which is a really nice walk. Happy Exploring.

Thanks Patty for your review, the flat is very close to the Centre indeed, literally a 2 minute walk and you are in the City Centre, yet it is located on a very quiet street. The coffee shop across the road and the one just outside the flat are both Super convenient for morning coffee or breakfast and their are a whole load of restaurants and pubs to choose from that are mostly one a 10 minute walk from the flat. Super convenient and Super Cosy, everything a traveler wants when visiting the Capital City of the Highlands.

Great flat in a very convenient location
Really enjoyed our stay in Inverness and this flat in particular. Cozy but layout well suited our group of three. Nice quiet neighborhood but well within easy walking distance of all center city attraction and numerous dining options. Apartment was clean, modern, and bright and communication with the host was easy. Checkin and checkout similarly easy experiences. Would highly recommend.

bonus being a 7 minute walk from the Train and Bus station and a handy place to stay if you have no car with all the bars, restaurants being so close. You can even walk to the canal in 20 minutes or so and catch a boat onto the River Ness. Check out Jacobite Cruises for your next trip.

High praise indeed AJ, thank you, I do try to meet the needs of all our guests and with everything on the door step off the flat, including two cafes within a 2 minute walk you can even get your own breakfast and take it back to the flat for a chilled out relaxing morning or grab something to take with you on your way to some early morning activities. Everything being so Central is great and it really is handy being so close to the Railway and Bus stations for transport links to all corners of Scotland. I'm glad you enjoyed your stay. Ali

Thanks Leslie for your review, the parking pass really is an added extra bonus and I can't recall any guests not finding space to park, mostly just outside the flat entrance. It is a very roomy flat with plenty space for four guests to live, eat and relax in without tripping over each other. So convenient to the local shops, pubs and restaurants too and also close to Loch Ness which is only a 6 Mile walk for those that like a hike.

Comfy great location
This location was prime for us! The flat was comfortable, nice views, a short walk from the train station, and comfortable beds. There is a washing machine, which was useful for us at this leg of our trip. (No dryer, but a drying rack is available) The cafe downstairs on the corner was a real bonus: the coffee and food were fantastic! This location is a short walk into town (almost right in it). We loved exploring Inverness and would definitely stay here again. (If you have any limitations with walking or climbing steps you may not like it, but we walk a lot so it was not an issue for us.)

Thanks Karen for your great review, I would entirely agree with you that if you have a problem with stairs then don't book our apartment as there are 36 steps from the ground floor to the flat and no elevator. It is right in the centre of the City though, whichever direction you walk in you will reach a restaurant or bar within a 10 minute walk with the nearest being only 3 minutes walk. No need for a car to Visit inverness as everywhere is walkable.

Great location away from downtown crowds
This apartment was in a perfect location, just outside of the city center chaos, but close enough to walk to anything in town….including several great restaurants nearby. The decor was well coordinated with a lot of small touches. Also, there is a cute cafe right downstairs from the apartment…give it a try!

Thanks Josh for your review and highlighting how close the flat is to the city centre, you really can walk anywhere in the town within a few minutes yet the flat is situated in a very quiet street. The Cafe downstairs is also a handy place to visit but on your next visit try the cafe in the large building across the road which is set inside the beautiful surroundings of their photographic art studios.

Never, in all my years of hotels and “b&b’s”, have I ever felt more like I was staying at a friend’s house. All of the typical stuff (communication, cost, cleanliness,etc.) were spot on. Then they add the details, proper dish ware, a guitar, games, FRESH CUT FLOWERS! They have a portfolio of activities to consider (I think they should add the whiskey review in town because it was amazing and informative). The location is an easy walk to everything. Safety was never a concern. Parking was always available. I would stay here again and again.

Hi, I'm Ali, this is my first venture into Holiday rentals and Hospitality and I am loving it. I have been a Host since June 2021 and as you can see by the great reviews I have on this and other advertising forums for both this flat and my other flat in Tornagrain, I am doing it very well and I am finding great pleasure is meeting guests and providing a safe, immaculately clean, living environment for them to stay. I have very high standards for cleanliness, having been thoroughly trained by my good wife Trish and from the 12 years that I served in the HM Forces. (They clean a lot) I pride myself on providing a homely environment which can be seen as soon as you enter the flat which is immaculate. I see it as my goal to make sure every guest has the best experience of Inverness and within the flat as they can and I am always on hand for any issues you may have, before, during or after your stay. Contact can be made with me through Text, Phone, Messenger or Email. On the Key fob there is a Trolley Token which has my Mobile Number on it. This is my gift to you for you to use the Trolley Token if you need one whilst shopping but also so that you always have my contact details handy if you have a problem, need advice or need any other information whilst using the apartment. There is no such thing as a stupid question so get in touch if you need anything. You can also keep the trolley token, they're always handy. There are no restrictions to getting in touch with me so if you are looking for a Taxi Number, a Great takeaway, recommendations for eating or drinking out, finding live music or directions, just get I touch and I will be happy to help. Look at the reviews for this property on all of the social media and advertising sites it is displayed on. The flat is situated in the City Centre, you cannot get more central with the High Street and Main Shopping Centre only a 3 Minute walk from the building and the nearest Supermarket a 5 Minute walk. there is Parking available directly outside the property. The Train and Bus stations are next to each other and are about a 10 minute walk from the property so no lugging bags around when you first arrive, just a short walk to the flat and then everything on your doorstep for the rest of your stays. Self check in available so arrive when you like after the Check in time which is normally 1500 hours. So ideally located that when you go shopping you can take your bags back to the flat and have a comfort break before going out for a meal or drinks without breaking your stride.
