We require all of our guests to pay a €300 damage deposit fee. However as an alternative, we can offer you the option to waive this payment by purchasing a non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver for €25 which will cover your liability for up to €300 of property damage during your stay. Also, please note the damage deposit is subject to a €10 administration fee which would be deducted from your chosen payment method.

In accordance with the rules of the Community, and looking for a good coexistence between guests and neighbors, at least one member of your group must be over 25 years old to stay in this apartment.
No smoking: Please note that this is a strictly non-smoking apartment. The apartment is equipped with smoke detectors.
No parties: Strictly no parties are allowed in this apartment as the apartment is located in a residential building. If you are coming to party, please book elsewhere.
No noise at night: Excessive noise is not allowed after 22hs/10PM as the apartment is located in a residential building until 8hs/8AM the next morning.
The apartment has a NoiseAlarm installed: This device only measures the noise volume level and sends an alert when the set maximum limit is exceeded. By measuring only sound pressure, NoiseAlarm does not record any audio, video or conversation, and offers 100% privacy to guests.
This system helps to make tourism more sustainable. If you do not respect these rules, we reserve the right to ask you to leave immediately, as the relationship with our neighbors is of utmost importance to us.
Late check-in: If you arrive after hours, please note that a late check-in fee will be charged. If you arrive after 21/9pm the fee is 20€, and after 24/12am the fee is 50€.
If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, a charge of €80 will be applied.
Please note that if you book at the last minute (less than 24 hours before your arrival), the official check-in time will be subject to our availability and will be after 16:00.
Municipal Tax: We have to charge the Barcelona Municipal Tax per guest over 17 years old per night, prior to arrival at the apartment. We notify you that it may vary according to the current year.
Passport Information: It is mandatory by law to register all persons staying in any tourist accommodation with their full name, date of birth and passport number. Therefore, we will ask you to provide us with this information prior to your arrival.

The damage deposit of €300 will be released 24-48 hours after departure, unless we have been notified of potential property damage, in which case we reserve the right to retain the deposit until an investigation into Property Damage has been completed. Please kindly note that although the refund will typically show in your account after 3-5 days, this is dependent on your banking provider and can take up to 10 working days. Also,please note the damage deposit is subject to a €10 administration fee which would be deducted from your chosen payment method. We also give you the option to purchase a €25 Damage Waiver non-refundable fee in relation to your booking that covers the cost of making good any unintentional loss or damage to the selected property up to the stated amount. Criminal, malicious or wilful damage, and damage caused by pets, will not be covered by the Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver.
