Kea, also known as Tzia is one of the closest islands to Athens. From the Port of Lavrio it is only a one hour boat ride, with 3 to 4 boats a day going to and from the island. There are few hotels on the island, so private villas are rented out in the summer months, most of them built from local stone, giving the island its unique style.

The villa is located on the east side of the island, a 15 to 20 minute drive from the Port of Kea (Korissia). The villa is set in a 4,000sq meters plot of land with a large swimming pool and a beautiful green garden.

On the ground floor there is also a large fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, one bedroom and one bathroom. On the 1st floor there is a second bedroom and a bathroom.
