The
property, divided into two units, is surrounded by the green
countryside of Ostuni and equipped with swimming pool, solarium and
outdoor equipped areas, making it ideal for a holiday with modern
accessories but with authentic atmosphere.
The main unit consists of 2 double bedrooms, one of which with ensuite bathroom with shower, living room with sofa bed,
another bathroom with shower and the kitchen with dishwasher, toaster
oven, coffee machine. The outbuilding is a lovely studio apartment with
kitchenette equipped with dishwasher, toaster oven and coffee machine, double bed, twin-sized bed and a bathroom with shower.

villa is in the countryside, 4 kilometers away form the city centre
with its beautiful old town centre and amenities. The closest beaches,
such as the ones in Ostuni marina, are 12 kilometers away. The villa is a
short drive away from other famous Apulian seaside locatinos such as
Locorotondo and Alberobello, Unesco world heritage.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 30 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from May to September.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- One bedroom doesn't have the air conditioning.
- The whole estate is composed by a main unit plus an annex.
