The spacious living room is situated on the ground floor and includes comfortable sofas, two snug armchairs, large wall mounted smart TV, two feature fireplaces one with a working woodburner. The sea views from the large widow are breathtaking overlooking The Island and Godrevy Lighthouse. The contemporary open plan kitchen and dining room is well equipped with a large fridge freezer with ice maker, microwave, electric oven and gas hob, Nespresso coffee machine , dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The large dining table comfortably seats up to eight guests and is perfect for large family dinners or for that special occasion.

The large master bedroom on the top floor offers a king-sized bed, wall mounted smart TV and stunning sea views, there is also an ensuite with a heritage bath, walk-in rainfall shower, heated towel rail, wash hand basin and WC. The further three bedrooms are located on the first floor. The second bedroom has a double bed, ample storage and views across Porthmeor and Godrevy Lighthouse. There is also an ensuite with shower wash hand basin, WC and heated towel rail. The third bedroom offers a king size zip and link bed which can also be configured as two single beds, ample storage and a Smart TV. The fourth bedroom has bunk beds.
