PROPERTY DOMESTICS - The basement is below a main house, so noise may slightly travel at times. - The ceilings are a bit low - 190cm, so mind your head if you are tall!

PARKING Unfortunately there is no parking available, but there is a paid car park on Union Street just a 4 minute walk away. Alternatively check-out 'JustPark' online for affordable nearby options.

NECCESITIES Cowley Road is lined with Supermarkets including Sainsburys and Coop. On Cowley Road you will also find everything you require; shops, ATMs, pharmacy (Boots). We use Noor Halal (on Magdalen Road) a lot for vegetables, herbs, spices and staples. Wild Honey is a great health food store (opposite the Rusty Bike) with a notice board overflowing with wonderful things to do (yoga, meditation, foraging courses etc). Hamblin on Iffley bakes delicious sourdough bread and Scandinavian pastries. Check out the Korean, Chinese, Brazilian, Moroccan and Polish supermarkets on Cowley Road.
PLACES TO EAT & DRINK Oli’s Thai, Oxford’s number 1 restaurant on Trip Advisor, is on Magdalen Road. Arbequina (Cowley Road) has delicious tapas. The Banana Tree has good Sri Lankan food. Taste Tibet on Magdalen Road has wonderful (cheap) Tibetan food. The food at the Magdalen Arms is award winning. The Rusty Bicycle has oven baked pizzas and a delicious vegan burger (and meaty options!). For lunch, try vegetarian food in the Magic Cafe (Magdalen Road). For brunch, try delicious veggie sandwiches, bagels and fry-up at Green Routes, or Silvie’s, with a wonderful garden hidden in the back. Our favourite local pub is the Rusty Bicycle at the end of the road (turn left out the front door). For a pint on the river, stroll to the Isis Farmhouse.
THINGS TO DO & SEE There's a farmers market every Saturday at East Oxford Primary School. Once a month there's a flea market at the Magdalene Arms. We love the playgound at Meadow Lane (there's a skatepark just behind it), and the one at Manzil Way is great too. On Cowley Road there is also an independent cinema called Ultimate Picture Palace and an O2 Academy (music venue).
There are lots of buses from Cowley Road to Oxford city centre, or you can take a scenic 20 minute stroll over Magdalen Bridge.
St Clements bus stop is very close, with 24/7 busses to London and airports.

Vielversprechende Fotos
Die Buchung lief reibungslos und schnell. Das zuständige Personal hat sich umgehend gemeldet.
Leider hielt die Wohnung nicht, was die Fotos versprochen haben. Eine gründliche Reinigung (Besteck, Bezüge) würden zum Wohlbefinden der Gäste deutlich beitragen.
