The Old Toll House is a lovely, spacious, detached cottage in the seaside village on Shaldon. With sought after off-road parking and many other amenities, the Old Toll House is a great place to stay
Shorter breaks are available during the off-peak months, typically later September to May, with a minimum of a 3 night stay. We offer a 20% discount on stays of 7 nights or more.

This three bedroom retreat provides families and groups with the perfect coastal holiday home. Situated on Ringmore Road, a short and level walk to the village, river and beach. The accommodation is laid out over three floors. Courtyard garden and off road parking. The Old Toll House is a light and spacious holiday home. Central heating throughout for the cooler months.
The front door opens into the large fully equipped kitchen,with high level double electric oven, five burner gas hob,dishwasher, microwave and window to the front of the property. Leading to; the living room with plenty of seating, decorative fire and smart TV, front facing window, frosted window to the back and large bay window to the side. The property has a washing machine, 2 airers, iron and board. There is also a side door from the parking area and courtyard leading into a large storage hall and through to the kitchen.
Stairs leading to; first floor landing. Cloakroom with WC and basin. Rear door, leading to Torquay Road. Bedroom 1: A spacious bedroom with king-size bed, 2 chest of drawers, hanging rails, a feature fireplace, front and side facing window.
Stairs leading to; second floor landing with two Dormer windows; Bedroom 2: A large bedroom with two double beds, chest of drawers and hanging space, Dormer windows on both sides of the bedroom and window to the side. Bedroom 3: Double bed , chest of drawers and window to the river, Family bathroom with WC, basin, double shower enclosure, bath with mixer tap
For the younger members of the party there is a travel cot, 2 highchairs, and bedrails. A perfect sea side bolt hole for family and friends. Guests are a 5 minute short walk away from the quaint charm and modern amenities of the Ringmore and Shaldon.
