- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 11am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There is ample free parking
- A dishwasher and a washing machine are included for your use. There are two washing lines at the back of the house plus a rotary line.
- Pets are not allowed at the property at any time.

The entire house is available for use, there will be no other guests or hosts present during your stay.
