Rampart View - a house that sleeps 6 guests in 3 bedrooms
Rampart View is a 3 bedroomed townhouse overlooking the moat and 16th century ramparts of Gosport. Two of the three bedrooms each house a 4ft 6âł double bed and the main bedroom accommodates a 5ft king size âzip and link' double bed that can split to create 2 single beds, plus we can offer 2 fold out style camp beds, possibly sleeping up to 8 guests in total.
The ground floor welcomes you into the entrance hall with an integral garage off, complete with charging point for an electric car.
There is an en-suite shower room off of the ground floor bedroom and a high spec newly fitted shower room located on the second floor.
The kitchen is situated on the first floor looking out over the water towards the original ramparts around the old town, fully equipped for self catering with all the essential mod cons.
The 1st floor is the main living area which is largely open plan, with a balcony looking down onto the courtyard garden.
Through the ground floor bedroom you will find French doors which lead out to a small courtyard with BBQ and the facility to hire in a Hot Tub, if desired (Conditions apply-please contact us for further details).
All bedding and towelling is provided for the number of guests booked to stay, with a mid term maid cleaning service available on request. Additional linen is available at ÂŁ25 per set to include 1 medium bath towel.
A child cot and highchair are available at no extra cost. (If cots are provided guests are asked to please bring their own child's bedding).
âIn addition to the rental cost we ask our guests for a security deposit, pre-authorised against your credit card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no damage.
Our advertised prices are calculated on the number of people requested and may go up or down if amended.
Some of our properties have age restrictions, such as where we feel it would not be suitable for younger all adult groups, such as within quiet residential areas where noise may be an issue.
