On the ground floor we have the lounge, sun room, dining room, kitchen, office, utility room and one bedroom. The four other bedrooms are on the first floor of the property, all bedrooms are en-suite.

The house is decorated to a high standard, with unique quirky character and luxury bedding and towels for a feeling of warm indulgence.

Pets are welcome.

Free car parking for up to seven cars on site and bike shed is available on request.

There's a large garden with garden furniture to the front of the property and 3 acres of woodland to the back, where you might see some of the other residents-red squires, rabbits, hedgehogs, pheasants, woodpeckers, sparrowhawks and a myriad of small birds, occasionally even roe dear nibbling the garden shrubs.

The whole of the house is available for guest use.

All en-suite bathrooms have showers, travel cot, high chair and baby bath are available on request.
