Summary:
Luxuriate in the very heart of Bristol by staying in this brand new, Architect designed, uber stylish and comfortable private apartment. Occupying 3 floors in a lovingly restored Victorian ‘Gentleman’s Residence’ on a quiet residential road, simply step outside and all of Bristol beckons. Maybe wander across to the Clifton Ivy for lunch, browse shops such as Mint Velvet and other high-end boutiques in the beautiful Victorian Clifton Arcade. Then walk a couple of minutes to Clifton Suspension Bridge and have a drink at the Hotel Du Vin terrace with the best views in Bristol. Our apartment is situated in the sought-after area of Redland, a fantastic area to be based for visiting all that Bristol has to offer. We are within walking distance to the famous Gloucester Road with its iconic independent shops, bars and restaurants. Equally we are just as close to upmarket Whiteladies Road, with its chic Clifton appeal. These are the places to be for evening dinner, drinks with friends or just a casual lunch or brunch.
Stunningly beautiful, this large and airy three-bedroom, three-bathroom apartment was completely refurbished to a 5 Star Hotel standard in 2021, with all furniture and fittings to match. Lettings only began in 2022 and so everything feels like new. The apartment is much larger than most three-bedroom properties in Bristol and is furnished with high end furniture with the most discerning guests in mind, you will not be disappointed with the luxurious feel of this property.
All the bedrooms boast absolute luxury, two of the bedrooms have their own ensuite bathrooms and there is a third large family bathroom (with a lovely large Bath) that services Bedroom 3. Each room lets in a beautiful amount of light and offers a fabulous night’s sleep in the huge beds. All bedrooms have been fitted with blackout curtains so that you are not disturbed. The apartment offers very generous living spaces, with the Master Bedroom providing a fitted dressing room, ensuite bathroom and it’s own large separate luxury lounge area to relax in - think large hotel suite and you will not be disappointed.
The sumptuous beds are all huge Superking size with top-quality Simba hybrid mattresses for extreme comfort and a perfect night’s sleep. Each comes with high thread count, crisp white cotton bed linen and soft feather pillows. Bespoke, stylish solid oak floors bring warmth and style to the apartment and a high-end kitchen with Siemens appliances brings the ultimate 5-star luxury. With fabulous bathrooms, you’ll have everything you need for your stay here. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with everything you might expect. Filtered cold water and boiling water are on a Quooker tap. There’s also a fabulous Nespresso Coffee Machine as well as other useful items like an Ironing board, Iron, Hairdryer and a Dyson vacuum. The generous, comfortable sofas are the perfect place to relax in the evening and watch the large smart TV’s, where you can log in to your favourite Netflix or Amazon accounts, making it a home from home. The bathrooms are fitted out with Hansgrohe taps and Duravit sanitaryware for the ultimate high-end luxury and we provide plenty of fluffy bathroom towels as well as individual soaps and shower gels. You really don't need to bring anything. You will find that tea and coffee, tea towels and washing up liquid are also provided.
At the rear of the property, you will find two private sheltered terraces connected via a curved staircase, both of which get the lovely evening Sun. The perfect place to unwind with a book and a drink.
This apartment would suit six guests coming to Bristol for a stay or a holiday but equally is perfect for business travellers with everything you might need, including 5G and lightning-fast internet - just turn up with an overnight bag. If you would like to cook your own supper, M&S Food is open until 10pm and just around the corner; if not, there are a plethora of incredible restaurants, cafes, and bars on your doorstep.
