Villa Caroline is a beautiful modern, fully airconditioned south facing villa located in the 'Domaine de Rothschild' in the hills 5 minutes from the center of Grasse. It has breathtaking 180° views of the sea and coast, and is located in a calm, natural environment, less than 30 minutes from the beaches of Cannes but far from the summer crowds.

The panoramic views can be enjoyed from the upper terrace, a wonderful place to enjoy meals, or from the lower terrace with its undercover alfresco lounge area and barbecue, ideal for 'aperitifs', or from around the private pool and its lovely terrace, perfect for relaxing on one of the sunbeds.

The villa is set on three floors. Three bedrooms, a full bathroom and separate toilet are on the main level, with two of the bedrooms opening out to the upper terrace with its magnificent sea views. The master bedroom, dressing room and ensuite bathroom is located on the top floor, with a small balcony with spectacular sea views. On the ground floor there is a 5th bedroom and 3rd bathroom in a fully self contained (recently renovated) apartment, accessible from either outside or inside the house. All bedrooms are equipped with reverse cycle air-conditioning .

The large south facing living-dining room opens onto the terrace which overlooks the pool, offering magnificent views. It is bright and spacious with a comfortable L-shaped leather sofa, providing a perfect place to relax or watch a film on the big screen TV. The modern, fully equipped kitchen opens directly onto the dining area with its direct access to the terrace.

The natural 2000 sqm garden full of trees and shade provides a perfect, safe environment great for kids, complete with an area to play bowls (terrain de petanque). There is also a table tennis outside and tennis club walking distance from the villa with courts that can be booked by guests.

The tiled pool has a shallow end and sides making it suitable for children, who can be supervised from the undercover alfresco area with its comfortable lounge chairs. It can be heated for an additional fee.

The GR51 can be found at the end of the street, a magnificent hiking route which offers amazing views of the coast from over 500m altitude.
