Cozy recently renovated apartment, ideal for 2 people and equipped with all comforts for a pleasant stay. The flat consists of a characteristic sottano, formerly part of the convent of San Marco dei Veneziani, overlooking a closed and quiet street in the historic center. Exclusive location: just 150 meters from the Basilica of San Nicola, 350 meters from the Swabian Castle and 150 meters from the famous Lungomare di Bari. Ideal starting point for exploring the city!

The 30 sqm apartment is located on the ground floor of a building (there are two steps at the entrance) and has an independent entrance.

The internal space is composed as follows:

- Kitchen equipped with two induction burners, mini fridge with freezer, moka, electric kettle and microwave; dining table, ceiling fan (integrated into the ceiling light) and split AC

- Bedroom with double bed, smart TV, built-in wall wardrobe and ceiling fan (integrated into the ceiling light)

- Toilet with wc and shower box

Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED TIM fiber WIFI with repeater (modem in the apartment next door), heating with heat pump, small fire extinguisher, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).

N.B.: the keys of the entrance door are located in a safe with a code, which will be provided at check-in.

ATTENTION: the apartment is located in the ZTLin the heart of the pedestrian area, and can NOT be reached by car. It is possible to park for a fee or for free (NOT guaranteed) in Via Ruggiero Il Normanno or for a fee on Lungomare Imperatore Augusto, both 200m from the property.

For larger groups, it is possible to book, in the immediate vicinity of the apartment, La Casetta Apt x4 in the heart of Bari Vecchia and La Pergola Apt in the heart of old center! x4, for a total of 10 people.

Our keyholder will get in touch with you to arrange the check-in time, give you the door opening code and show you the apartment. We are available to guests for any requests and information, to make your stay even more interesting and organized. For any unexpected event or clarification we will be reachable by phone or by e-mail.

All identity documents of the guests must be presented on arrival as required by Italian law.

Please note that check-in after the specified time must be agreed directly with the structure and provide a supplement as follows:

- 21.30 - 23.00: €25.00

- 23.00 - 24.00: €30.00

- 24.00 - 01.30: €40.00.

The apartment is located in a very central position, in the heart of the historic center, where you can breathe the typical atmosphere of Bari Vecchia with its small churches, picturesque alleys, lively cafes and imposing squares. It is the ideal starting point for exploring the city and its monuments, easily reachable on foot: 150 meters from the Basilica of San Nicola and the Cathedral of San Sabino, 350 meters from the Swabian Castle, 200 meters from the Lungomare Imperatore Augusto, 650 meters from the Teatro Margherita Museum and the Araldo di Crollalanza seafront. The flat is also within walking distance of all the services needed for a comfortable stay: minimarket, bar, pharmacy and restaurants are in fact within 250 meters. Finally, don't miss a trip to the Panificio Fiore which produces the best focaccia in Italy, just 150 meters away!

Not only does Bari capture tourists' eyes, but also their palate, with its street food and typical Apulian dishes: from sgagliozze to the fried panzerotto, from raw fish (mussels, oysters, octopus) to puree broad beans, from Bari's raw ham to the famous orecchiette with turnip tops.

Bari is a city that over the years has made the historic center a place of urban aggregation for young people and adults alike, thanks to the presence of trendy and sophisticated clubs as well as many attractions for tourists who love culture.

There are many events and manifestations such as the San Nicola Fair in May, and , especially, the Levante Fair, an international exhibition, which takes place in September. The Fair aims at encouraging exchanges between the East and the West, of which Bari is traditionally the most important meeting point.

- FROM THE KAROL WOYTILA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT: it is possible to reach the flat by taking the FR2 train and getting off at the Bari Centrale stop, an 18-minute walk from the apartment (1.5 km).

- FROM BARI CENTRALE STATION: the flat can be reached in 18 minutes on foot (1.5 km).

- IF YOU ARE TRAVELING BY CAR: pay attention because the flat is located within the ZTL and cannot be reached by car (pedestrian street).
