Casa Alegria is a luxury modernised Fisherman's house, overlooking the beautiful Salema beach in the historic fishing village of Salema, close to its modern beachfront restaurants, bars & shops. The property is one of only a few facing south west with mesmerising coastal and sunset views from all major public rooms, balcony, roof terrace and garden.
If your dream is to wake to the sun rising with ocean views & sleep with the gentle sound of waves on the shore, this property is ideal for you.

The main villa accommodates 4 guests. If required, the studio apartment (a useful option for grandparents, teenagers or a nanny) increases capacity to 6.

Villa - Bedrooms and bathrooms

The villa has a large sea view king-size master suite with double ensuite shower room and a twin bedroom which can be made up as king sized bed plus separate family bathroom.

Villa - lounge/kitchen/diner

With breath-taking views of the sea and village confronting you, a sense of easy living is created in the welcoming open plan lounge with wood burning fire (logs can be bought locally). Large sliding doors lead to a spacious balcony which has seating and dining areas. The villa’s kitchen/diner, to the rear, seats 6 and from its patio doors steps lead up to the studio and roof terrace for sunbathing and additional dining.

Studio apartment and roof terrace

The self-contained studio to the rear of the villa comprises an open-plan lounge and kitchenette, with private shower room.  It has direct access out onto the impressive roof terrace where guests can take-in panoramic vistas of Salema village, beach, ocean and coastline.

As it is accessed externally, the studio can be rented separately during the winter months with private use of roof terrace, garden, BBQ and hot tub.

Garden and Hot Tub

The garden and BBQ area offers amazing, grandstand views. This is an idyllic spot for entertaining with a sheltered al-fresco dining area seating 6 plus a hot tub to relax and enjoy the incredible sunsets. There are also numerous outside spaces to enjoy the spectacular views.
