The property offers three well-appointed bedrooms, including two king-size rooms—one conveniently located on the ground floor next to the shower room—and a charming gallery bedroom featuring a super king bed, which can be configured as twin singles upon request (please advise at the time of booking).

A fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, and other essentials. Just beyond, the open-plan dining area flows seamlessly into a spacious sitting room, creating a sociable and relaxing living space.

From the sitting room, step into the conservatory, furnished with comfortable seating and dining furniture, where you can unwind while taking in far-reaching views across the Somerset Levels.

During the warmer months, guests can enjoy outdoor dining with the BBQ located just outside the conservatory, while in winter, the cosy log burner offers a warm and inviting retreat.

The property benefits from a large ground-floor shower room, as well as a family bathroom with a bath on the first floor.

Outside, a fully enclosed walled garden sits alongside the conservatory, complete with a table, benches, and a sun umbrella—providing ample space for dogs to roam freely.
