Check-in is self-service. At the property entrance, you will find a mailbox with a numeric keypad. Four hours before your arrival, we will send you the code to open this mailbox.

CHECK-IN REQUIRED
We will send an email to complete the online check-in on the same day the reservation is confirmed. Check-in is a mandatory procedure in Spain and is required to enter any of our accommodations. The check-in must be completed at least 20 hours before arrival. This procedure is authorized by your booking platform.

DEPOSIT
To facilitate your arrival, a few days before your stay you will receive a request to make an online security deposit. This security deposit will not be charged to your bank account. This procedure is authorized by your booking platform.
