Villa Clara is in a beautiful community close to a small town full of multiple services such as: supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pharmacies etc... The property is easy to reach just 55 kilometers from Catania's airport and 10 kilometers from the highway exit. Offering a wide view of the countryside and Ionian sea, this corner is the gem of the Mediterranean's perfumes and colors. Few Kilometers away from the Necropolis of Pantalica, an authentic Canyon with multiple ruins. Ideal position to reach multiple sandy beaches (20 min. drive to Arenella and Fontane Bianche) and interesting places part of the Val di Noto District, a main attraction also for locals, which is full of natural reserves, art, history and culture that belong to an older past. This District includes: the antique Baroque village of Palazzolo Acreide, an UNESCO heritage site, the city of Syracuse with its historical island of Ortigia, known for the Baroque architecture and history and the area of Noto with its stunning beaches and Baroque architecture as well. This side of the Island highlights the tastes of the genuine “cucina della nonna” literally translated to “grandmother's kitchen” full of original and typical recipes that belong to the island’s traditional roots.
