Good location , Good property

This is a well located property for exploring central York: 15 mins walk from the station, 10 mins walk from the minster, 3 mins walk from Sainburys. Accommodation was good - 3 double beds, one with en suite plus a family bathroom. Stairs are quite narrow however - not a problem for us but could be for less able people. The road though busy is quiet and near to good pubs and some good restaurants.

Great place to stay: location is ideal, and the apartment was spacious, clean & well-equipped. Lovely to be able to look out onto the Museum Gardens, and only a few minutes’ walk away from the river. Also great to have free parking nearby. It wasn’t clear what we were supposed to do with recycling: it would have helped to have an instruction about this. (But we may have missed it.) Thanks

Perfect location and stay

Had a lovely stay at Priestley House. The property was very well presented and equipped with everything we needed. We felt right at home from the minute we arrived. The location was within short walking distance from everything we wanted to do, including from the train station. Jo and the team were super responsive and helpful with any queries and very accommodating - thank you. I would definitely recommend Priestley House and York Lettings, and would have no hesitation to rebook when back in York.

Outstanding Apartment

We stayed at Priestley House for two nights as it was our daughter's wedding at The Hospitium. The location is perfect for York city centre. It was very well equipped with quality items needed for a stay of six people. There was plenty of room in the lounge/diner for six adults, a hairdresser and a photographer too. Excellent communication from York Boutique Lets with clear instructions about how to locate the key. Fabulous place , can highly recommend.
