House Martin cottage is a beautiful barn conversion, which is part of a small complex at Newhouse Barton with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. There is a shared heated indoor swimming pool, games room and a very well equipped playground on site open all year round.

The kitchen-diner is fully equipped with everything you need including washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer and electric hob and oven. The dining area has table and four chairs with optional high chair.

The living area has been recently renovated to a high standard, and features a cosy wood burner for those cold evenings.

Upstairs are two comfortable ensuite bedrooms. One king-size double bedroom, with shower. One twin room, with a shower over the bath (please note the bath is slightly smaller than full size).

There is a private outside seating area with barbecue. You can also access more public open areas if you want to socialise with other guests at the complex.

There is free parking onsite in the car park, just a short walk from the cottage. There are also two electric car charging points in the car park for guest use.
