Salsedine is on two floors: first and second floor. It is possible to
park one car in the garden on the ground floor. The outdoor staircase
takes to the first floor with 1 twin bedroom, 1 double bedroom with baby cot, 1 bathroom with shower. 
On the upper floor there are a covered balcony with view on the sea, kitchen with tv, 1 bathroom with shower and washing machine, 2 double bedrooms. The air conditioning on both floors is in the corridor.

Villino Salsedine is in Santa Maria al Bagno, lovely seaside location near Nardò. It`s 100 meters away from the sea and within walking distance from the closest beach establishment.
In Santa Maria al Bagno there are commercial amenities but also tourist
attractions such as the Museo della Memoria e dell`Accoglienza, the
ancient Torre Fiume, the Aquarium and the Giardino della Memoria.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.

- The garden is private and only accessible to the owner.
