Villa Kristefi is located in a rural area of Korakiana village, 1.6 km above the famous Ipsos beach, with stunning mountain views and a private infinity pool, close to Corfu Town. Set on three levels and consists of four air-conditioned bedrooms, sun terraces, and balconies, with facilities for sunbathing or relaxing while enjoying the view of Mount Pantokrator in the background. Ample space for a family or party of eight.

Layout

Two external staircases join the upper level with the lower floor, the pool terrace, and the self-contained basement.
All bedrooms are air-conditioned, and the living-dining room cools by the northwest-facing balcony doors and the refreshing breeze.
Steps from the parking area alight on the main entrance's back terrace, opening onto a beautiful space with a living room, dining area, and a modern well equipped kitchen to the left-hand side. The living room's French doors lead onto a front balcony over the pool terrace, overlooking Mount Pantokrator and the traditional village of Korakiana, with comfortable sitting and dining facilities.

An interior staircase joins the living room with the downstairs level, consisting of the main bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a twin, and a double bedroom, which share a family shower room and a second front balcony towards the pool.

This part of the house connects with an exterior laundry room for occupants' exclusive use.

One of the exterior staircases connects the lower level with a self-contained studio, spacious and private, for family members requiring their own space, featuring a double bedroom with an en-suite shower and a front-facing terrace by the pool accompanied by stunning mountain views.



Pool and Terraces

The pool (7,00 x 4,00 m) at the front of the house has spacious sun terraces, charming surroundings, and plenty of sunbathing facilities.

The built-in Barbeque on the right corner of the pool terrace is an extra challenge should you wish to try your cooking skills and dine al fresco on one of those silent countryside nights away from it all.

Kristefi is an excellent choice for holidays, away from the noisy resorts, only a short drive from the airport, and less than 2 km away from the always lively and cosmopolitan Ipsos or the charming sandy beach of Dasia.
