Barely a kitchen, weird smell in the hallway, dirty old towels, nothing but a fitted sheet and flat sheet on the bed. Old furniture.

We strongly dispute this review, particularly the claim of “dirty towels.” All linens and towels are professionally laundered, and the guest never reported any cleanliness issue or requested replacements during the stay. The apartment is a historic residence furnished with valuable antiques and period pieces, all clearly shown in the listing. Likewise, the fully equipped kitchenette is exactly as pictured and described before booking. We respect personal opinions, but believe future guests should also know these facts.

This was a great location, close to everything. The apartment was just as expected. A/C and washing machine worked well and was exactly what we needed. Only warning is there is not a full kitchen if you intend to cook, which we did not, so worked fine for us. Host was great, easy to work with and responded quickly.

We had an incredible stay. Vittorio is an excellent host who is incredibly responsive. I was grateful that he was able to hold our luggage while we waited for check in. Apartment was immaculately clean and had comfortable beds. The location could not be better with 1-2 min walk to Piazza Del Poppolo and Piazza Da Spagna. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you Vittorio for an incredible stay.

Stayed at Vittorio's property for 3 nights. The rooms were spacious and clean and the location was great. Could walk to the majority of sites in Rome within 25 minutes. There is a handful of stairs to get to the elevator as well as after you arrive on the floor, so keep this in mind if you have heavy luggage. Vittorio was very helpful and communicative throughout our stay.

My sister and I loved our stay at this lovely apartment in the best neighborhood in Rome. It is a block from the Spanish Steps and near many boutiques, restaurants, markets and other shops. It is also an easy walk to several major sites (Trevi, Pantheon, Piazza Navona). The apartment is spacious, beautifully decorated and quiet (faces interior courtyard). We slept very well in the comfortable beds. Vittorio was a great host—always available to answer any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Rome.

The apartment is located in a fantastic neighborhood, a tiny walk to the Spanish Steps. The numerous alleys with wonderful restaurants and endless designer stores provide entertainment right out of the front door—and we loved being conveniently located to many must-see sights in Rome. Vittorio went out of his way to make sure that we had all the information that we needed and he continued to provide fantastic assistance throughout our stay. I highly recommend this property and look forward to returning.

The apartment was in a perfect location for our Rome vacation. The apartment was cozy, cute and was a reasonable walk to all of Rome’s highlights. This was an amazing location, really close to all our points of interest and we felt very safe here no matter the time of day. Vittorio always responded quickly to any quest89’s we had and the apartment itself was perfect for what our family of 4 needed. It was a comfortable place to come back and rest or escape the summer heat. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in Rome.
