Welcome to our enchanting 3-floor chalet nestled in the hamlet of Les Maisonnettes, right in front of Les Arcs and just a short drive from Bourg St Maurice. Perfect for nature lovers seeking a peaceful getaway, our self-catering chalet offers a blend of rustic charm and comforts.
There is a wood norvégien tub in use all year around and a wood fire place in the living room .



Ground Floor:
A welcoming kitchen and living room with a small hallway and a separate toilet.

First Floor:
A luxurious super king-size bed with its own ensuite bathroom and toilet.

Lower Floor:
Two cozy single beds with a private ensuite bathroom and toilet.

Spectacular Views:
Enjoy breathtaking views of Les Arcs, the surrounding mountains, and the town of Bourg st Maurice.

Fully Equipped Kitchen:
The kitchen comes complete with a stove, induction hob, dishwasher (with complimentary tablets), toaster, teapot, and an array of cookware and tableware—including champagne, cocktail, and water glasses. For coffee lovers, we provide a coffee machine that accepts Nespresso capsules or you can use the French press—just bring your favorite coffee!

Comfortable Bedding:
Relax in hotel-quality spring mattresses from V Spring, complete with a spring base, four pillows per bed, double duvets for winter, and luxurious Egyptian cotton sheets.

Entertainment & Connectivity:
Enjoy the internet and flat-screen TVs in each bedroom .

Outdoor Delights:
Warm up by the wood fire unwind in the Norwegian hot tub outside. (Please note: if using the hot tub late, kindly be mindful of our neighbors regarding noise.)

Pet-Friendly:
We welcome your pet (up to 1 dog )Please ensure you clean up after them
We provide poo bags.
Note that the garden is unfenced.

Parking & Transport:
Free parking is available in the village.
For skiers, we’re only a 7-minute drive from the funicular, with open parking available at the feneculaire.
Please remember that winter chains or snow tires are mandatory during the season (as required by Savoie law).

Family & Accessibility:
We welcome children; however, please note that our chalet has steep stairs that help preserve its authentic character. As such, it may not be suitable for very young children or individuals with disabilities.

Seasonal Activities:
In summer, bikers can securely store their bikes on the patio.
A BBQ is available year-round.
For those less inclined to ski, the chalet is perfectly situated along the path to Les 5 Lacs, offering breathtaking trekking opportunities—and we’re also near the Tour du Mont Blanc.
