Just a 10-minute walk from New Street Station and only 2 minutes from the coach station, it offers excellent transport links. On-site parking is also included at no additional cost.
The Space:
This spacious and contemporary apartment has been finished to an exceptional standard, featuring high-quality furnishings and sleek modern fixtures. Floor-to-ceiling windows fill the space with natural light, enhancing the open and airy atmosphere. The open-plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials for home cooking, a large, comfortable sofa, and a TV for relaxing. High-speed broadband is available throughout the apartment.
The generously sized double bedroom also benefits from full-length windows, ample storage, and a plush bed dressed in crisp hotel-quality linen. The modern bathroom includes a bath with overhead shower, toilet, and sink, along with complimentary toiletries and soft, fluffy towels. A dedicated parking space for one vehicle is also included at no extra cost.

Getting Around:
Most points of interest in the city are within walking distance, but there are also a number of bus routes leaving from the road outside the property. Birmingham New Street Train station is a short bus or taxi ride away or a 10-15 minute walk.

Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in.
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of ÂŁ10/hr will be applicable in addition to late check-in fee.
Late check-in fees:
For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is ÂŁ50 charge.
For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is ÂŁ75 charge.
